I agree. I understand somebody moving if they’re buried in the depth chart but losing a productive player who gets significant playing time is BS. We had that happen with Burton, AD Mitchell, JDJ, etc.

Exactly. The portal giveth and the portal taketh away.
I don't quite recall the Gator faithful taking this same ivory tower approach when they picked up Brenton Cox, Chauncey Rivers and a few others.
