They were invited with the general understanding that Texas wouldn’t be.

I can understand completely why they wouldn’t want their ex in their new subdivision and y’all have a terrible track record of not playing well with… basically anyone.

But letting Texas go to the B10 would’ve been the wrong decision for them, the SEC and A&M ultimately because it would’ve created an alternate instability as a result of being on the wrong end of the ensuing TV deals.

So at the end of the day I understand A&M being salty, but it simply had to happen for the betterment of the league so time to see how it all works out.
