Or... because your OC left and Gabriel wanted to go to an establish QB favorable team like Oregon and not have to deal with the risk of a shite OC for his final year.

HAHAHAHAHAHA

Go ahead and fill in the blanks with any version of events that makes you feel better.

Whats more plausible?

A. Gabriel was scared of losing out his starting job after throwing for 3,660 yards 30 TDs and 6 ints, so he decided to transfer because of a freshman...

B. He saw the writing on the wall that OU lost half its offense and OC so he decided to jump ship to a QB friendly system before he graduates.

If you say option A, you're just lying to yourself

Look you know more about OU's situation than the rest of us but based on your posts in this thread you have some thick Red and white (are those your colors? or is it Scarlet or some BS?)glasses on.

I get it, I'm an LSU fan and I believe that our defense will be decent next year and our offense will only take a small step back and we will be in the playoff hunt. Anyone looking from the outside probably thinks those are crazy expectations.

BUT

The idea that a good starting QB ran away from a guy who I assume is currently on the roster (if he's an incoming freshman then your take is even dumber than I originally thought) and didn't beat him out this past season is crazy talk. Even if the backup was really good, most coaches don't risk removing a good thing for an unknown. Even if the unknown COULD be GREAT.
