Everybody usually plays their in-state schools that week. So wouldn't OK & OKST meet?

I guess it's all about ratings otherwise Arkansas/LSU and Mizzou/OU make a lot more sense historically and culturally. Hogs had the LSU game given first to the Aggies and now to OU. Doesn't seem right.
