That's why I LOVED the committee for 9 years, because even though internet people btiched and complaind they did everythign objectively based solely on resume. Not eye test, not vegas odds, none of that....jsut who's resume was best. That's why it's so hard for people to come to grips with this go around because they did a complete about face.
A much stronger SOS, beat the 2-time defending National Champions who were on a 29-game win streak and headed for a 3-peat and won the championship in the strongest conference in the nation.
No one will ever convince me that the SEC Champion doesn't earn and deserve a spot in the CFP.
