He can be a great QB if he can get more consistent on short range passes, be less hesitant to run when all he has is daylight in front of him, and can learn to read the defense better during option plays.

This year was lack luster for heisman. When you lose 3 games against your highest rated teams, you shouldn’t win it. I get Milroe getting points but 1 place votes total was
