What I dislike is they put all their eggs under the ESPN umbrellla. They should have spun off packages of games, one to an OTA network (CBS/NBC/Fox) and another possible streaming option.
It's about getting networks to bid against each other to maximize dollars and the SEC has the best product.

They had to put all their eggs under ESPN. It was the only way they could get Texas into the league. And Disney wouldn't do a thing without their burnt orange masters.
