Going 8-4, 5-7, and 7-5 the last three seasons with the amount of talent we had on campus was unacceptable. Simple as that. A change was needed.
Yes it was worth it, you dont let short term decisions override long term ones, some guys going to the portal are necessary collateral to bring in a new coach and hopefully new culture.
Our offensive line was trash and would continue to be so under Jimbo and Addazio's coaching. They werent getting any better next season unless a major change was made.
Nah, 8-4 jokes aside, we are just like any other program. Trying to climb the mountain and win it all, the blue bloods dont like it when someone challenges the status quo and that's why everybody would love it if we just kept doing the same thing for the same mediocre results.

The mistake was hiring Jimbo in the first place. The brilliance of Jamies Winston blinded y'all to a forest of red flags.
