First off, you can’t remove Freeze’s two biggest wins and then make a fair comparison. Secondly, if you do remove those wins his list would look almost exactly like Kiffen’s!
And FYI Cutcliffe had just four Top 25 wins in seven seasons, so he’s decisively behind both.
