He was fricking another employee at the university. The “rumor” was started by Derek Mason who was fired by Harsin. The university is required to investigate it. I don’t know what else there is to say. He wasn’t fired for cause so again what’s the point at this time.

Mason was not fired. Him leaving for a lateral job with lower pay is what kicked off the investigation into Harsin.

Dude… stfu.

Mason left on his own, and did an exit interview… some information came to light in that interview that led to an internal investigation by the university. Whatever was uncovered wasn’t substantial enough to require punishment.

Those appear to be the facts… we can speculate on whether it was treatment of others or inappropriate relationship… regardless, there wasn’t enough there to reprimand.
