Easy. They choked. From the coaching staff to the players, it was an abject failure all the way around. A lot of sloppy, sloppy mistakes like a false start on a FG try, a fumbled handoff, etc. They played like dogshit and paid the price.
Refs and injuries are not the reason. Godawful execution is the reason. When you play that poorly, you have no one to blame but yourself.

Pretty much sums it up. During the game, it felt like one of those Florida games from the early 2000s when we had the better team but still found a way to screw it up. Bad vibes. Just had a bad feeling the whole time that we'd find a way to frick it up.
