One of the big things that successful teams have to fight - the Urban Gator teams did, we have had to several times - is losing that sense of urgency. When you have been at the top for an extended period and you have roster turnover like colleges always do, it's tough to convince the newcomers of the level of sacrifice required to stay at that level.
