It's the same old song and dance. Everybody tries to re-write history to fit a narrative. Like the 2020 season. Everyone had a chance to back out, to not play, the govt said it isn't a good idea. Let's all vote and All schools in the P5 voted and decided to play the season. when it was all over, especially LSU fans, said naw, we don't think it was real. The system is flawed but everyone agreed that THAT committee sitting in that room would give us the best four and it was in their hands. The BCS wasn't good enough so let's have a committee. Now everyone is saying this isn't good enough, let's go to 12 teams, that will fix everything. No it wont. We will just argue that so and so finished at 13 and got fricked. Problem is, we will have way more teams with 2 and 3 losses than 0 or 1 loss so there will be even more arguing with 12.

The committee made their decision. If tis just going to go by records then frick scheduling an OOC P5 team. Sankey said it best the other morning. If Bama had played Sam Houston instead of Texas where would they be ranked .....and it wouldn't be 8.
