The NFL Playoffs are wildly more popular than CFB in large part because it’s a simplified, merit-based playoff that doesn’t depend on committees and beauty pageant like systems to pick the teams.

12 teams will be a vast improvement.

I still think it’s silly that a team like Liberty would get an invitation when everyone knows it’s a glorified exhibition game.
