What positions in the portal does CNS look at?

Just my opinion:

DE-DT. With Justin Eboigbe and Tim Smith graduating, we could use a proven DE-DT.

WR-with Jermaine Burton moving on, a really good WR coming in would be nice.

S-CB Losing a good bit in the secondary, especially if Terrion Arnold decides to go pro. I wouldn't be surprised to see two guys taken from the portal here.

Am I missing any other positions?

I think we take an elite WR (Evan Stewart) if they are available, but I don't think there is a huge need there.

Absolutely will look to grab some corners in the same mold as Amos. Veterans who are smart and can pick up on things quickly and play solid football. Replacing Arnold, Kool-Aid and Malachi is a big hole (by far the biggest on the roster for 2024).

I'm curious what we do at center. There doesn't seem to be a clear next guy up, but we also don't really know what goes on outside the first group in practice.

I'd completely forgotten about Center but you're right. Now that it's been mentioned, I'd heard that there is some interest in Notre Dame's center (rumor is he's going to the portal today).

As long as it isn't Dalcourt, I won't worry too much.

It'd be great if someone talked sense into Travis Hunter and he decided to transfer to a place where he won't be forced to play ironman football and will receive legitimate DB coaching from someone who actually knows what they're doing.
