It can be both. Milroe can be the weak link in the offense, even though he has improved and can (certainly) still improve more. He still runs right into pressure sometimes, doesn't have great field awareness, misses open receivers way too often, and is not consistently accurate. I think he threw for like 55% vs UGA.

Meh, he’s like 65% on the year. You also can’t measure what his running ability opens up for this offense. He’s far from the weak link. That title belongs to “low snap” Seth.
