In fairness it was going to get more irrelevant next year anyway.

Would be cool to see a Michigan vs. someone title game just for the novelty though, so that can still happen.

Well, it does matter. FSU played a horrible SoS by comparison.

Now, I'm hoping for an All SEC final. Bama and Tejas.

Nor with a 12 team playoff, correct. This year scheduling an extra heavyweight game in regular season wasn’t penalized is all it boiled down to.
