Starting to feel nervous

We win this and the changing of the guard is complete. The big media folk still hang onto Bama and Saban. Even in casual convos with people who don't follow the sport like us, the default team and coach people can name is Saban and Bama. Saban is on the commercials, Saban is who everyone compares every coach to.

We win this game and I think the standard of college football becomes the University of Georgia and Kirby Smart. You think of college football and you see Kirby Smart and Georgia. Kirby is selling you Aflac.

Saban becomes a living legend instead of the active GOAT. His dominance is referred to in the past tense.

We lose and it's Bama had a couple of down years but they are back on the mountain top...never count out Saban.

If we lose, we lose. It's been a great ride. Never thought I'd see the day we would win a natty again, much less two, back-to-back, and enjoyed the longest winning streak in SEC history.

Times are good, regardless of what happens today.

Me too but I’m in a happy place. We did better than anyone probably guessed this season and are truly playing with house money now. Nothings a given from here on in….these are the two best teams in CFB.

But I’d really love to beat these guys today.
