That's an easy to find stat. It should be somewhere underneath the final score that shows Ole Miss winning and any other stat irrelevant as frick.

That's bullshite.

The entire argument from virtually EVERY Ole Miss fan is that you beat LSU.

When anyone looks past the final score they can see that you escaped with a win.

Tell me Alabama outplayed Auburn. If you watched the game you know otherwise.

The CFP isn't just looking at final scores.

Just STFU and enjoy Orlando.

You didn’t loose that game. Your team was defeated. Admit it and get used to it.
We lost the game. Whether the defender tipped the ball away or the receiver dropped it, there is no difference. We still took an L.

All there is to it.

You're right.....differing outcomes against a common opponent means absolutely nothing.

A win is a win is a win is a win.

And the CFP isn't ONLY looking at margin of victory/loss.

We will....thanks to recency bias. It is what it is. But that doesn't prove Missou fans' argument that the CFP values margin of loss more than differing outcomes against a common opponent.

The selection committee will select the teams using a process that distinguishes among otherwise comparable teams by considering: Conference championships won, Strength of schedule, Head-to-head competition, Comparative outcomes of common opponents (without incenting margin of victory), and, Other relevant factors such as unavailability of key players and coaches that may have affected a team’s performance during the season or likely will affect its postseason performance.

Missouri is better than Ole Miss. Ole miss struggled a little bit to the finish line these last two games and the Zou was really starting to click on all cylinders.

Dart’s shoulder was banged the frick up and our Oline had to be shuffled because of injuries. I understand that’s part of the game but if you’re speaking of a hypothetical matchup, you need to also assume that both teams are at their full strength.

Fwiw I think it would make for a hell of a fun matchup.

A full strength Ole Miss versus Missouri would yes be a very good game. Unfortunately, depth has been an issue for Ole Miss when it comes to finishing out seasons. And yes, Dart being banged up didn’t help. But he still got the job done and that’s all that matters.

Definitely. He’s tough as nails, for sure. We’re looking to return a ton of production and hopefully will be able to complement them in the offseason with better depth.

Yea,LSU certainly "could" have won. But that stat negates any LSU "should" have won comments.

It was a bad day for anyone still convinced that the SEC is a defensive league.

why would Ole Miss fans do that? The Rebels won the game.

things like 'how many yards did LSU get' in a game they lost is reserved for the losing team as an excuse.
