The property benchwarmers was on was sold and being razed for redevelopment early next year. I think I read they are going to try and relocate somewhere else?

Oh I missed that question - yea they are redevloping everything right between 85 and Briarcliff on Clairmont.
Express Oil, Benchwarmers, all that stuff is gone or going to be gone.
