I can't think of a single place in Grayson where I'd warn someone "don't go to that neighborhood/complex, especially after dark". But Brookhaven, a "nice" part of ATL, you have to deal with that.

Remember, we are comparing the "nicest" parts of ATL to an average suburb. I'm not trying to compare The Bluffs to Braselton.

Gosh, I haven't even gotten to standardized test scores.

I can't remember ever telling someone to avoid an area of Brookhaven.
