Fun fact, mizzou went after a high school, in a town of 3,000, with a similar tiger logo
I mean all colleges have to do that to protect their trademarks or they become invalid. Louisville went after a high school in Kentucky a few years ago for using their logo. They ended up basically allowing it but they had to file a legal challenge to protect their IP.

It's pretty common tbqh.

There is/was a high school in Alabama that uses/used LSU's tiger eye logo. I always wondered how they got away with that. I have no idea if they still use said logo of course but they did back when I played.
