If people think Florida fans online are pissed right now, just wait until we start losing games next season

Many of the bullgators are wealthy. I think many would be shocked to find out they dont have much cash just laying around. Difference between wealthy vs rich

We have former NC winning players speaking about how poorly managed the fan NIL outreach has been run.

It's glaring when you experience what other teams are doing. I'm over here at one of the SEC programs that very rarely gets taken seriously for anything, and they absolutely smoke UF at this. And Ole Miss ain't the only one.
It's just not all that revolutionary, and I'm willing to bet there are people around the UAA who have fundraising experience and have a pretty good idea how to get this back on track who are dying inside knowing no one wants their input while watching them mismanage all of this into oblivion.
At some point, you have to assume it's more about maintaining control than having the best program you can have.
I don't really even care what happens with Billy anymore because they're just going to hire another Billy. Maybe they'll get lucky and finally find their mid-major diamond in the rough, but I doubt it. And Hal is all but telling you they ain't ponying up the scratch to hire a big name off anyone.

Right, we fire Billy and then Stricklin, or his UAA replacement, will hire Willy.

It is a joke. Starting to think we are in really big trouble especially with the new 16 team SEC no East protection being murderers row.

UF isn’t serious about winning, be equally serious about your fan hood

The only recourse us fans have, is to not buy tickets. Something needs to be done about the unorganized clusterfrick.
Posted on 1/18/24 at 3:51 pm to GaryGator
That won’t happen on a large enough scale to get the attention needed to force BIG changes.

If we lose to Miami or A&M at home early and then start the real crash mid-season watch what happens.

I've been pretty much on simmer, but Hal's Tweets really pissed me off.
For me, I contribute academics because it increases the value of the degree, and I have definitely benefited from having graduated from UF in one of their better degree programs. I would 100% not be where I am in my career without that brand on my degree, and, even though my resume increasingly speaks for itself, I will always have some interest in the university maining its reputation.
Athletics is entertainment. While I have gotten some second looks I might not otherwise have gotten because I have a PhD from UF, no one has ever asked me what the football team's Win-Loss record was currently or why I attended as part of the hiring process.
I'm not continuing to send my money to athletics if the product isn't entertaining because, to me, our teams are the cherry on top of being an alumnus. I'd PREFER we make the same effort other top tier programs in our conference does, but I have no problem at all concentrating my donations to UF on the parts of the university who still concern themselves with being the best and are actually more relevant to my career.
And I don't think I'm special. I also imagine a lot of grads feel exactly like me.

The booster most out in front supporting the uaa has a history of degenerative gamboling. Like heitner could it be he’s double dealing and playing both sides ?
U know u can bet against your own team and make a lot of money

Over 88K in attendance for FSU in 2021 after Mullen fired.
Over 70K for Samford
Again, this isn’t Miami. Ppl will fill The Swamp to where it’s not noticeable enough to force change

Those damn Disney gators need to just give it a rest with their never ending uaa love

You don't remember the crowds booing like crazy with the Driskel led Gators etc. You will see that big time this year if we lose to either Miami or A@M at home and then start collapsing mid-season. If we look bad against Ole Miss at home after that it will really be something to see. I doubt Napier would even coach the FSU game if that happens which is more likely than not at this point.

Article about Scott Stricklin. Very telling. LINK

I loved where Stricklin said our issue was we just need to get old because this year's playoff teams are old. I am at the point where everyone controlling things need to go. It's crazy Foley's mess still controls the program.

I don’t think ppl packing The Swamp is UAA love as much as it’s supporting those kids who chose to Don the UF uniform and play as hard as they can.
