Also, we know EVERY touchdown is reviewed.

So here's my stupid question for the day. IF the above photo is accurate, how can a player (#27) who is standing on his left leg, which clearly looks out-of bounds pull another player out?

Let me guess, the same back judge who overruled the contested Burton completion did the same thing here.

I replayed the interception return frame by frame from the 5 yard line until he turns to run into the end zone while looking at this picture. It is exactly what happened and it is not Photoshopped.
