I don't think we need to keep hiring these retreads....good Lord it's not a political election, let's hire someone young and hungry and keep rolling the dice till we figure it out....hiring retread after retread and guy headed to retirement after guy headed to retirement is a terrible plan.

Yes…..hire and and fire a new “up and comer” every 4 years. That’ll be better. I see we didn’t learn anything from the Chad Morris years.
We need an established, experienced head coach. Not an up and comer. This isn’t the place for on the job training
