Hunter (and mainly his weak-minded BOT) don't want the common folk contributing to an NIL fund when they would normally have to be forced to only give to thew a school/foundation.

We can't have that now can we? We have to take the 'righteous and moral' highground until we've gone full Vandy. (when in essence its all about greed from the school).
