No one likes Arkansas. You are tolerated because of geography. You're in the "South." But no one respects Arkansas. You're that kid that wears a football helmet and scuba flippers. Everyone knows he's messed up but meemaw pretends he's normal. You steal money from the SEC with no plans of building a football program. And there is a pic of your Governor on your helmet. They pity you, they don't like you.
