It was way more impressive that Big Dick Freeze made the refs apologize for throwing the laundry on the ground.

Usually when a freshman is "showing out" in practice it turns out to be fluff...

This kid is the real deal and will be gone in 3 IMO

Fluidity and athleticism to go over the top of a guy in stride like that is rare

For how thin our dback room seemed at the start of the year they're turning out to be a major strength

Freeze had nothing to do with that ....sounds good.....They don't change calls because a coach gets irate.....

Second angle Official covering ....told the official to pick it up ...nothing but air, clean play

Yea sometimes people don't realize offensive and defensive players have effectively "equal rights" to a ball in the air.

Seldom do this ....But I've cleaned up a call I made, because I realized that when I reached for the flag .....a receiver blocked my view for a brief second.

Ran immediately to the White looking at the play from behind. "Did 25 make the hit on 42 blue?" "No" "Pick up my flag, no foul."

Bluedragon, that was a joke.

When the QB underthrows a jumpball forcing the receiver to give up the ground they gained to jump all over the DB and the DB still collects the penalty then I will remember this.

The flag throwing official never should have pulled his flag. These guys get graded after the last whistle. Then they get graded by the White Hat trying to defend them. Most people don't realize that there are many dismissals after the season.......Seems there are a lot of new white hats this season......I saw the flag then went to the kitchen ..."Damn gun slingers, that was not PI" Came back to see they were backed up and not 15 yards further forward ....No one could tell me if they announced No foul or not .....

He played it incredibly well. Waited waited waited on his hip and then made his acrobatic defense just at the right moment. Fantastic play. Kid is going to be a great one.

Anyone have a video of it? I didn’t get to see the entire game.

Except for that particular call, that ref crew from Saturday did one of the best on-field officiating jobs that I’ve observed in quite some time.
