My gardenias need some rain. I stopped watering them this summer because I wanted them to die, and replace them. Funny thing- they actually got healthier and attractive when I stopped taking care of them.

They still have blooms in November.

Regarding the low temps, I'm fine with whatever sends the Joro Spiders to hell.

For the game, it will be cold and wet. Hopefully the crowd can stay in it. I have no question about our players being ready to go. Ole Miss averages 200 less yards and 20 points lower on road games vs home games this season, so it is very important that we, the fans, play our part and make it a very loud unpleasant environment for Ole Miss, despite the conditions. And it has to be for 4 quarters.

I will also add, anyone that isn't prepared for a 4 hour rainy cold football game isn't prepared for what's about to happen in civilization.

Rain coat.
Rain pants.
Gloves.
Waterproof shoes/boots.
Cotton long-johns or what fancy people call "thermal underwear".

It's not a 7 day hunting excursion in Alaska. It's 4 hours in winter elements. Everyone should be able to pull this off.

I'd rather it be cold and rainy than 114 degrees and humid in full sun.

I was expecting some high and low pressure analysis based on the radars. Thought you were into that shite.

Mine do too. I didn’t think they were going to make it this year bc that cold spell at Christmas really knocked the shite out of them. Pain in the arse to take care of. My whole landscape was battered and late blooming bc of it.
