I would think LSU offense is better than Texas, and the horns did pretty well against bama. The only other good offense they faced was Ole miss, whose line struggled with Tulane, and we’re missing their best two receivers against Bama. It goes both ways, OP. Bama D hasn’t faced much offensive firepower this year just like LSU hasn’t faced many strong defensive teams. This will be the best QB, best line, and gray group of receivers bama has faced so far. The same can be said that this will the best d line and DBs LSU has faced. Teams have moved the ball and scored at times against the tide. Can LSU do it consistently and not get behind the sticks and desperate leading to turnovers, which Bama has done well with the former. Tiger D is what it is, hopefully we can trade TDs for FGs. Think Bama wins a good one though, 41-38.

I think this perspective is fair. Additionally, I think TOP is critical for Bama. If we can sustain long drives (and convert points at the end), it keeps LSUs offense off the field. I doubt our defense shuts down LSU because their offense is very multiple... but a few critical stops, while controlling the clock is our path to victory. Cheers to a good game

FL ST is better at D-line and a push at DB. They made out like bandits in last year's portal.

Fair enough. Your offense is probably better than Texas. We will see soon.
