UF is truly THE school of Champions.

Let me know how many national championships FL has won in (1) in all sports and (2) specifically football. If you exceed 50 and 4, respectively, then I will concede you deserve that title more than LSU. Will be waiting for your research and reply. ??

Well this thread is about conference championships, and right now Arkansas has bragging rights as they have won 2 of the first 3 SEC titles of the academic year, and are also tied for 1st place in Volleyball as well. 2nd in Women's Cross Country today also. Great start Hawgs!

Congrats to the UF women.
Arkansas' 28th Men's XC SEC title since joining 31 years ago. Pretty decent run.

Nothing wrong with a little distance running, it's good for the soul, and good to recognize these college athletes who work as hard as anyone.

It's especially nice the program carried on well after Coach McDonnell retired.

Eh. They haven’t even been remotely competitive nationally on a consistent basis since he retired. Our last national title in XC came back in around 2001.

The lack of photographic documentation in this thread is alarming and disappointing

It's an October title and Arky didn't report it. You LSUsual nerds would've posted it thrice by now. So, yeah. Congrats to UF, Arkansas and Arkansas this Fall sports calendar year thus far. You damn sure won't have one the rest of 2023.

I would have thought you'd go for the cowboy hat.

Says the guy beating his chest over a girls basketball title.
But more than half of your titles have been won by girls so you should be proud.
