Motherfricker I done did PT, worked out, 20 mins on rowing machine, 20 mins on treadmill, 45 mins on excercise bike, ate breakfast and now I'm taking a fat arse steamy shite. I don't sleep, not even a wink, I don't blink. I don't doze off, I don't even nod to the beats.
