Yeah. I'm on the edge of my seat for Sears and Nelson (a consistent aggressive mindset away from being a Naismith and Wooden award candidate).

He was only unexpected for your average fan. Apparently there'd been very quiet rumors he was going to leave, back around mid season. I've seen a couple people on boards say it, as well as Jordan Harper saying it on Twitter.
Guy wanted to leave, and we've found multiple replacements absurdly quick. It's a dead issue at this point, imo.

Been told that Nelson coming back is likely.
