No buyout if he leaves in his own accord. It was only that large to fire him.

That's not usually how it works unless UK voluntarily said scram, which I highly doubt even though they wanted him gone. Usually the buyout is to protect both sides. Much like the situation with Oats. If he were to leave voluntarily for UK, Uk would have to pay us 18 million to buy his contract out.
