My point being, we are going to have to pay Sears. Obviously he wants be here, but it's going to be a bidding contest even if he isn't involved he is going to be getting it offers from other blue bloods

Sears is simply a fantastic basketball player and competitor. If he comes back we’ll have a great chance at a FF run. If he doesn’t I don’t expect to make it.

Any chance Sears played himself into a late 1st round pick with his tournament performance?

UConn is a machine. Played a great game and went cold from deep in the 2nd half. I think Nate coached a great game overall, but the unnecessary Mo Dioubate minutes will haunt me for a little bit. Love his potential and have preferred him over Stevenson for much of the year, but I didn't think this was the game to play him. That last 8-0 run where he was rough on both ends is what put this one away.

Having said all that, I will never forget that feeling of finally making the Final Four. Euphoria. All the staff and roster turnover and this is the year we make it; a rebuilding year.

Have a feeling Nelson and Sears are going to capitalize off this momentum and can't blame them. Would love to see them come back for a title run though.
