Sears, Estrada, and Nelson are all very good players if you look at them individually. But the problem is that they all have the same weaknesses. That's why it's difficult for them to achieve good synergy in offense and defense.

Love all of them, they have accomplished a lot.. but there was a reason they were mid major guys.. they have great basketball skills but they all have some major setbacks with either size, athleticism or both
