Even still using that stupid metric, from 1940-present the series goes 41-40 in favor of florida. Such ownage.
Teh reality of the series is that it has ALWAYS been cyclical usually in sevearl-decade increments.
UGA owned the 30s/40s
UF owned the 50s/60s
UGA owned the 70s/80s
UF owned the 90s/00s
UGA won the 10s 6-4 and is currently leading the 20s 2-1. Just like history has shown us, it's UGA's turn to lead this current cycle.

Yeah…the streaks in this rivalry are weird AF. Doubt there is any other rivalry that is streaky like that.
