I was watching PTI (pardon the interuption) on ESPN and Mike Wilbon just said that he doesn't see how the Mountain West is not a BCS conference because they have better teams than the SEC and PAC-10. Has this guy lost his mind or what?

All that aside if the MWC added Boise St. and maybe Freso Stand Hawaii they could be a BCS conference. They would be stronger year in and year out than the Big East, and that is not counting the recruiting boost they would get from being in a bcs conference.

Boise State and Fresno should join the Pac10, ND should join the Big 10(11) and the Big East should be forced to go to 12.
We could all then be on "even ground" in terms of how we determine conference champs.

Other than Bama and Florda and maybe Ole Miss, the SEC is pretty crappy this year.

Boise and Fresno could never join the PAC-10. The PAC-10 is all about being the best overall sports conference and a strong academic one. They really bring nothing to the overall table.
The schools I would like to see join the PAC-10 are Texas and Colorado.

No way Georgia is the 3rd best team in the SEC right now. Ole Miss would beat them easily.

that is not true. just bc lsu lost to them does not make them so great. uga only lost to the two teams ahead of them. they are the third best team in the sec and any bowl that picks the third sec team would pick georgia. that is because they are the third best team in the sec.
