Oklahoma by far is the biggest rival. A&M is that lose/lose situation either you beat them like you are supposed to or they beat you and it is a catastrophic loss but even when you win it isn't really a win because you were supposed to.

The only school who has the same setup is Michigan with Ohio State & Michigan State.

UGA with Florida and GT is very similar; Tech has fallen off the map recently, but we have the same situation - beating Florida is better; losing to Tech is worse

Well considering the rivalry has been even since the 70's with A&M you have endured a lot of catastrophe in your lifetime.

It never ceases to crack me up how sips try to act like A&M is some little cow college like it was 75 years ago or that Texas just dominates over A&M in some way still.
