Based on what I am reading, your view is skewed during the game by emotions. I like to watch the game a few times during the week on youtube with fresh and sober eyes. I say this, because what you are seeing and what I am seeing don’t jive.
So you’re saying he hasn’t missed 6 of 8 deep pass attempts?

He hasn’t missed seeing multiple receivers without a defender near them? The announcers and TV replays are just saying and showing an alternate dimension or something?

We actually are scoring in the first halves and not forced to pass a buttload just to win in the second half of several games?

Receivers aren’t consistently having to make acrobatic and 1h catches?

Receivers are getting a lot of YAC and not having to stop their stride to catch balls resulting in immediate tackles?

And we’re not stalling at an abnormal clip in the redzone?

And considering we’ve played nothing but bottom tier scrub arse teams with terrible defenses, you think his stats really = “top tier” and will be just as good against better talent when we play good teams?

Ok. If that’s how you roll, go for it.

Not sure why I can’t disagree without people putting words in my mouth, but whatever.

1) deep pass attempts are low conversion pass attempts. I saw Matt Stafford go 0 for 8 as a junior against Florida.

2) are all of the misses completely on Beck's shoulders? They are low completion because nearly everything has to go right. Protection. Route. Timing. Placement.

Bitching about low completions on a low completion play sounds like the thing you expect on the internet.

The point should be... do we score on those drives? Sometimes we do. Sometimes we don't.

I've seen some on another board question the personnel in those deep shots (meeks, delp, arian).
Ideally, you want Ladd, Bowers, Lovett (our 3 best receivers).

Beck is such a bitch when Delp and Mews fumble the ball. Why is Beck such a bitch?
And did you see that hold by Tate? Why didn't Beck go apeshit on him? Beck should have told him to sit down and call Morris out onto the field immediately.
No one else holds the defense in the redzone. Beck is such a bitch.
