Thanks Muss. Was fun while it lasted.
Even if Muss has given us all he ever will, I’m still so glad he came. I’ll never regret the last three tournaments. Finally breaking the seal and getting to the Sweet 16 (eventually Elite 8) and then beating Gonzaga in 2022 and Kansas last year…as good as any Razorback sports memories this 35 year old has. Muss has done what he was hired to do and then a whole lot more.

As sassy as I get during this season I have to remember he’s still our best chance to get back to where he has taken us. We probably all got a little carried away with expectations. Muss isn’t Bill Self or Coach K but he isn’t a loser like 90% of all coaches that have come and gone from the Hill in the last 30 years. He doesn’t need anyone to remind him that one of his teams sucks. He knows and he’s not amused.

I think they were all fair expectations.

No one saw Brazile playing so soft. Most probably would have understood it taking him a little time to get confidence in his knee agaim, but he is just not same player at all like he was pre-injury. He plays soft and scared all of the time.

Davis getting so much leeway from Muss is killing this team.

Hopefully, next season will be better with new players. The returning ones have sucked the life out this team for this season.

I wish we could keep Mark and Battle for next year.

Agree with all of this.

He's proven what the program is capable of and I'm definitely grateful but the downward trend, and now what appears to be rock bottoming out is a big concern.

I think everyone would have been fine with a down year, where things just "didn't work out". Basically what last year looked like until the sweet 16 miracle.

This is something entirely different I'm afraid but I guess still quite a bit of basketball left.

If they managed to salvage a serviceable SEC record and make the NIT, I wouldn't feel terrible, but I don't even see that right now. Pelphrey esque SEC season seems to be staring us right in the face.
