It's a Mikvah (ritual cleansing not baptism) and one of the central tenants of Hasidic, Orthodox, and Conservative Judaism.

Bruce is Jewish by ethnicity. His faith is Christian. So he’s a Jewish Christian. He’s not a messianic Jew that mixes Law and Grace
