What exactly was the final diagnosis? Seemed like it came out of nowhere and then...well..salute and off to the briny deeps where no man sleeps

He had a heart condition. It is my understanding the doctors thought he had walking pneumonia. Some heart conditions mimic pneumonia (doctors on here feel free to correct me).
