Milroe is averaging 11 carries a game in the two games he's played. So 22 carries in 2 games. 5 of those are sacks, so 17 carries in 2 games. How many of those were designed runs?

Running QBS need more than 8 rushing attempts a game. If you look at great running QBs they averaged double that. Look at Lamar Jackson, Pat White, Brad Smith, Vince Young, and the like ran the ball way more than what Milroe has done so far.

Honestly, let's just go all in. Trust the defense to help with any mistakes he makes.

Exactly my point, and considering Milroe is truly built like a RB and is so limited in passing, he needs to be getting more carries than those guys.

It's ridiculous that we're not giving him many designed runs.
I understand the traditional philosophy is we try to get the QBs ready for the NFL by telling them to stay in the pocket and not take off.

With Milroe, we need to forget that. He's not an NFL QB. We need to just run the hell out of him. Use him like he's Derrick Henry and let him rush for 200+ yards per game. I mean why the frick not?
