If that's the case, all games will be ppv or not broadcast at all. That would be awesome right?

I would prefer PPV with the caveat that the game was ONLY ppv. If it is PPV and ad free and being broadcast for free with ads somewhere the timeouts will be the same...UGS first game of the season was on ESPN+ and 2.5 of 4 hours my TV had nothing but the ESPN+ logo on it...because they did not air the commercials but the game was in a TV timeout. For nearly 4 hours had you walked in that room you'd thought the TV was not being used and someone had forgotten to turn it off.
