Might not be a bad thing if it makes him hold on to guys like Jimmy Smith and Marcus Woodson.
Coaches typically don't hang on to many of the previous staff but there are some I wouldn't mind staying.

Honestly, I'd say our coaching staff really isn't that bad at the moment. I'd only get rid of Enos and Kennedy. Enos is a retread and poor fit; just an all-around lazy hire.
