Man idk I think he can do only so much when the QBs and oline are so incapable. Bad luck I guess. Sometimes people aren't who you thought they were when they were recruited.

Saban has absolutely done a bad job with hires. That impacts everything from talent eval, to discipline, and of course game prep and planning

That comes down to poor scouting, player development, and coaching. Which, at the end of the day, falls on him.

The offense looks very Shula-esque. Kudos to all the fans who called this when Saban decided to hire a green OC from Notre Dame.
