He's figured out what the issues are. Turns out it's clapping, wrong cleats and a fresh field logo!
Have hope, those are all very fixable problems.
I did see one of their players trip on the yellow first down line. Not sure how to fix that.

He needs time to get HIS system in place and HIS guys in there. Everyone knows it takes 10 years to get it done. A&M AD knows what they're doing.
