AP

1- Georgia
10 - Alabama
11 - Tennessee
14 - Louisiana State
17 - Ole Miss

(I guess #4 Texas and #19 OU? They don't count this year though)

You know what they say... only bama can move up from beating up a small OOC opponent.

So much for all this talk of UGAs easy schedule. According to these rankings they will be playing 2 top teams. (# 11 UT and # 18 old miss) And possibly a top 10 (Bama) in the SECCG if all goes well.

rankings right now are so bogus. no way teams like kansas state and oregon state should be ranked above colorado, duke, miami

- Alabama suffers a crippling, dynasty ending loss.
- still ranked higher than LSU and Tennessee.

I mean, did anyone believe beating Austin Peay or Grambling was going to change anything?

Yet bama's week 1 49pt win over MTSU got them a bump from #4 to #3.

Texas clearly has the best win of the season so far….Horns should be #1. Not that it matters at this point but Texas is the only team with a significant win. Miami beating ATM or FSU beating LSU isn’t close to dominating Bama in Tuscaloosa.
