People saying "she should have just hung up" are missing the point. This entire situation is extremely simple. Under no circumstances should the head coach of a major university pursue a romantic relationship with any employee or contractor of that university. It is a massive power imbalance that can only lead to problems.

This woman was being paid 10k + per engagement by the athletic department. With the head coach pursuing a romantic relationship with her, she is in a position where her livelihood is in jeopardy no matter what she chooses. If she says no, she could lose her job. If she says yes, her job is now dependent on that relationship continuing.

Not to mention the perception or reality of public funds being used to further the sexual pursuits of a public employee. She admitted herself that it began to become unclear if Tucker was more interested in her sexually or in the work she was being paid for.
